How a job runs

One crew, one point of contact

Our own crew handles site work, demolition, carpentry and finish work. Licensed subcontractors handle framing, foundations, roofing and mechanicals under our supervision.

Plans & pricing

Send us your architect's drawings. You get a written proposal with a clear scope, allowances and exclusions.

Permits

We line up permits, zoning applications and utility work, and schedule the trades before we break ground.

Build

Site prep, foundation, framing, exterior, mechanicals, drywall and finishes, run by one project manager.

Inspections

We walk every inspection through to the certificate of occupancy and hand over a clean, finished job.

After move-in

We stay reachable after the job closes. New homes are enrolled in the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

A family-run builder in North Jersey

MMC Construction is a family-owned general contractor and developer. We run several jobs at a time across Northern New Jersey, from single-family homes and additions to our own spec houses and commercial projects.

The owners manage every job directly. You deal with the people who priced your project, not a call center, and the same team answers the phone after you move in.
